General description: You will be acting as assistant to a General Manager. Your role will consist of various independent tasks in the area of organizing, communication, preparation of reports etc. Most of your work will be performed in both written and spoken English. Requirements: • University degree • High level professional secretarial, administrative and organisation assistance • Make all travel arrangements includes domestic and international travel • Professional skills with MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point • Excellent knowledge of Czech and English • Proactive approach and output thinking.
